In this role, you will prepare high-quality food, keep workstations organized, and help ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities Food Preparation:

Cook and prep menu items accurately according to established recipes.

Station Setup:

Set up, stock, and maintain stations for daily service.

Kitchen Maintenance:

Keep work areas clean, sanitary, and well-organized at all times.

Equipment Operation:

Safely handle commercial kitchen equipment and maintain high knife-safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

2+ years of line or prep cook experience in restaurant or catering environments.

Certifications:

Current food handler / health certification required.

Skills:

Strong knife skills and comfortable operating commercial kitchen equipment.

Schedule:

Primarily Wednesday-Sunday. Weekend availability is required.
