Cook-Responsible for preparing food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, facility established policies and procedures, and as directed by the Nutrition Services Director (NSD) and/or Assistant Nutrition Services Director to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times
