Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute catering events
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow proper knife handling and food preparation techniques
• Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
