Part-time Weekend Dietary Cook for Knox County Hospital (Friday-Sun)
Description:
Looking for a part time Dietary cook for Friday, Sat, and Sundays. Preparing meals in accordance with planned menus following sanitary regulations and policy. Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance, maintaining proper portion control. Serve food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders. Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner by assuring the necessary equipment and supplies are maintained. Serving hot meals in a timely manner, ensuring that meals arrive to the patient hot and ready to eat. Assist in cleaning the kitchen and dining areas, doing dishes, cleaning counter tops, or cleaning up the dining area after meals. Other tasks, duties or projects as assigned. Must be able to think and work independently or under the direction of the Dietary Manager. communicate effectively with other team member.
