Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during busy service hours Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace Follow all food safety and health regulations Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, and stocking ingredients Monitor food inventory and communicate when supplies need to be restocked Work as part of a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly Properly store food and label ingredients

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or cooking experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
