Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
