Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet Spritz Bar and Grill standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding special orders or dietary needs
• Support in prepping ingredients and setting up stations before service
• Participate in closing procedures, including cleaning and storing food and supplies

Requirements:
