Discounts on movie tickets, cell phone service, hotels, vacation rentals, restaurants, retail outlets and more The responsibilities of a Master Chicken Cook will include: Prepare and cook chicken according to KFC's secret recipes, portion standards, and cooking times/temperatures Maintain food freshness - discard expired or spoiled items and restock ingredients as needed Monitor cooking temperatures to ensure food safety and consistent quality Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times, including proper handling of raw chicken to prevent cross contamination Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues Champions recognition and motivation efforts Requirements The ideal candidates must want to have fun serving great food to our customers!
