Echelon Wine Bar is located in historic downtown Leesburg and was founded by the owners of Lost Creek Winery. Our space features a tasting bar, lounge seating, a 1,200-bottle glass cellar, and a scratch kitchen focused on seasonal menus. We work with fresh ingredients and offer a curated wine program alongside a focused, high-quality food menu.

Position Overview:
Echelon Wine Bar is seeking a Line Cook to join our team-oriented kitchen. You'll work directly with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in a hands-on role focused on prep, cooking, and clean execution during dinner service. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills in a scratch kitchen without the chaos of larger operations.
What We Offer:
Dinner service only (no brunch or lunch shifts) No doubles or all-day shifts (except for special events) Consistent schedule Professional work environment
Key Responsibilities:
Prep ingredients and set up your station for service Cook and plate menu items with consistency and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work as part of a team to execute smooth service
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required Ability to work evenings and weekends Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
