What You'll Do Cook smash burgers, sandwiches, fries, and specials to recipe Maintain speed and consistency during service Prep ingredients and sauces Keep a clean and organized workstation Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Work closely with the chef and front-of-house team Help build a positive kitchen culture from day one What We're Looking For Kitchen experience preferred, but we'll train the right person Dependable and punctual Works well under pressure Positive attitude and team-first mindset Pride in quality and consistency Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs What We Offer $21-24/hour starting pay Four-day work week Consistent schedule Paid time off (after 1 year of employment) Employee meal discounts Opportunities to grow as the restaurant grows A respectful, drama-free kitchen where everyone is expected to pull their weight About Crave Crave is a locally owned smash burger restaurant built around simple food done exceptionally well.
