We are a bustling, open kitchen diner, that has been loved by our community and tourists for almost 50 years. Ultimately, we'd love to find an early bird that wants to open the diner, coming in at 5:30am to bake off our Buttermilk Biscuits and Daily Muffins and set up the line. There are other start times as well, but a dedicated opener would be amazing. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high paced environment not only working as part of an efficient team but also comfortable working independently with strong decision-making skills. Be able to continue to communicate kindly under pressure and stay in control of your environment, ensuring proper food safety and sanitization are being followed, even when slammed. We like to have fun while working so bring a positive, upbeat personality and please genuinely like the industry, people and working. Experience cooking on a line is an absolute plus but for the right person we are willing to train into the position. Skills Needed for the

Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
