Qualifications Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including cutting, cooking methods, and plating. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
