$18-$25/hour, based on experience

Duties:

Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards Prepare ingredients by chopping, cutting, portioning, and measuring Set up and stock kitchen stations Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Follow proper food handling and safety procedures Work efficiently during busy hours Work as part of a team to provide fast and friendly service Assist with catering orders and events when needed

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen, line cook, or prep cook experience is a plus Experience with Vietnamese food is a big plus! No experience? That's okay — we are willing to train the right person! Paid training is provided Able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Food Worker Card is a plus or must be willing to obtain one

Pay & Training:

$18-$25/hour depending on experience.
