Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Manage cash register operations, including processing cash, credit card payments, and giving correct change. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols, including proper food handling and equipment cleaning. Assist in serving customers at the counter or drive-thru, providing friendly service and addressing inquiries promptly. Operate kitchen equipment safely, such as fryers, grills, and ovens, while following all safety procedures. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred. Demonstrated culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with effective communication skills. Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and change calculation. Experience in food safety management, sanitation practices, and operating kitchen equipment is advantageous.
