Full-time or part-time

Hours:

30-40 hrs/wk; nights and weekends required

Location:

In person What you'll do Cook menu items to our recipes and standards Set up and stock your station before and during shifts Keep your station and the kitchen clean and organized Work with a crew of 8-14 cooks (varies by day) Get food out on time and plate it nicely Follow food safety and sanitation rules Help with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory when needed Communicate with kitchen staff and management Who we're looking for Line cook experience helpful but not required Comfortable in a fast, high-volume kitchen Detail-oriented and quality-focused Flexible for nights and weekends Team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic Call Tory at (414) 839-7860 to set up an interview!
