Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Provide support to dietary aides as necessary during meal preparation. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial. Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods are advantageous.
