Join Our Team at Eden Cafe & Catering! The Eden Cafe & Catering is looking for additional team members to join our kitchen team as we prepare for the busy catering season. We currently have part-time and full-time cook opportunities available . In this role, the staff will prepare Eden Catering menu items , while also supporting the needs of the restaurant and convenience store when needed. About the Role As a Cook at Eden Cafe, you'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment preparing both grab-and-go options and homestyle meals . Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistent quality and presentation Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Work with the culinary team on menu planning and development Assist with inventory management and proper stock rotation Preferred Experience Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred Knowledge of basic food safety practices and procedures Familiarity with recipe execution and menu planning Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well as part of a team Skills Meal preparation Kitchen operations Food safety knowledge Culinary and knife handling skills Food industry experience Ability to work well under pressure If you're passionate about cooking and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Eden Cafe & Catering team.
