Duties Prepare a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently during food preparation Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment Handle food production tasks including braising, poaching, grilling, and food handling to create diverse menu options Maintain proper knife skills for precise slicing and ingredient preparation, supporting high-volume production needs Ensure adherence to recipe specifications and portion control for consistent presentation and taste Requirements Prior experience in food service within restaurants is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in commercial kitchens Proven culinary experience with skills in food preparation, cooking techniques such as braising, grilling, poaching, and food production processes Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in high-volume settings Excellent food handling skills with attention to detail in recipe adherence and meal preparation standards Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Join us to bring joy through delicious pizza creations!
