Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Cook food orders at stations by following established recipes and presentation standards for grilling, broiling, and sautéing menu items Guarantee that quality food is supplied, by adhering to specified storage and waste control requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products Establish a system of food stations and stock them with all of the necessary ingredients for the shift Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations Ensure that all interactions with visitors, vendors and colleagues are conducted in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:
