Job Summary:

The Hilton Garden Inn Clarksburg is seeking a dedicated and reliable Evening Line Cook to join our culinary team. This individual will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen while ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Our ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings and weekends consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Hilton Garden Inn brand standards and recipes Ensure food is presented in an appealing and timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Assist with prep work, inventory control, and stock rotation Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen team to ensure a seamless guest experience Adhere to all hotel and kitchen policies and procedures

Requirements:

Prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen preferred Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs ServSafe certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Excellent teamwork and communication skills
