Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/ Grill Cook to join our team in a dynamic restaurant setting. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards.
• Assist with meal preparation, including pizzas, pastas, subs, and salads.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Support catering events by preparing and presenting dishes as needed
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and grinders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Familiarity with menu planning and food presentation techniques
• Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
