In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. You will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional detailing services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cars and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, and waxing. Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and customer preferences. Utilize buffing techniques to restore paint surfaces and remove imperfections. Ensure all detailing equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any malfunctions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, adhering to custodial standards. Drive vehicles safely within the premises as required during the detailing process. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with car wash techniques and products used in automotive care. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot imperfections and areas needing improvement. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required to operate various vehicles safely.
