We specialize in auto detailing, window tint, paint protection film, and ceramic coatings. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person to help wash vehicles, clean interiors, and support our detailing team. You do not need to be an experienced paint correction or ceramic coating technician. This position starts with the fundamentals: washing cars properly, paying attention to detail, and keeping the shop moving. This is a physically demanding, hands-on job. You will spend most of your shift on your feet, bending, kneeling, reaching, scrubbing, vacuuming, and working around vehicles. For someone who shows up consistently, learns quickly, and takes pride in their work, there is room to grow into more advanced detailing and vehicle protection services. Responsibilities Hand wash and dry vehicles using proper techniques to help prevent scratches. Thoroughly clean wheels, tires, wheel wells, and exterior surfaces. Vacuum interiors, including seats, carpets, floor mats, and cargo areas. Clean interior glass, dashboards, door panels, consoles, and other surfaces. Assist with deeper interior cleaning and vehicle preparation as directed. Follow instructions for safely using cleaning products, tools, and equipment. Check your work for missed areas, water spots, streaks, and leftover dirt. Help prepare vehicles for detailing, ceramic coatings, and PPF installations. Wash, sort, and organize towels and maintain clean wash tools. Keep wash bays, work areas, and supplies clean and organized. Assist other team members as needed throughout the day. Treat every customer vehicle with care and promptly report any damage or concerns. Who We're Looking For Someone dependable who arrives on time and is ready to work. A person comfortable with repetitive, physically demanding work. Someone who follows directions and pays attention to the small details. A team player willing to help wherever needed. Someone who accepts feedback and applies it to the next job. A person who stays productive and communicates when ready for the next task. Someone interested in learning and earning more responsibility over time. Car washing or detailing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Reliability, effort, and willingness to learn matter. Physical Requirements The essential duties involve prolonged standing and walking, frequent bending and kneeling, reaching across vehicle surfaces, repetitive hand movements, and handling wash equipment and supplies. Work includes exposure to water and cleaning products. Applicants must be able to perform these duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Appropriate protective equipment and safe work practices are required. Opportunity to Grow This role begins with washing vehicles and assisting the detailing department. As you demonstrate consistent quality, reliability, and safe work habits, you may have opportunities to learn: Paint decontamination and surface preparation. More advanced interior detailing. Machine polishing and paint correction. Ceramic coating preparation and application. PPF preparation and installation support. Advancement and pay increases will depend on demonstrated skills, performance, and available opportunities. How to Apply Submit your resume or a brief summary of your work experience. Please include your availability, any car washing or detailing experience, and why you are interested in the position. We're looking for someone who understands that a clean vehicle takes real effort and wants to build their skills with a team that takes pride in its work.
