The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with selecting services, ensuring vehicles move safely through the wash tunnel, and performing general duties around the facility to maintain a clean and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet customers warmly as they arrive. Assist customers in selecting the right wash package or additional services. Promote memberships, upgrades, and special promotions. Tunnel Operations Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor and ensure proper alignment. Monitor the wash tunnel to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and cars pass through smoothly. Provide clear instructions to customers when entering and exiting the tunnel. General Duties Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, vacuum stations, and customer spaces. Perform light maintenance, stocking, and trash removal as needed. Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management. Support team members with additional tasks as required. Qualifications Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable with physical activity, including standing for long periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
