The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our vehicle inventory, moving vehicles safely around the lot, and professionally cleaning and detailing vehicles to dealership standards. Responsibilities Safely move and organize vehicles throughout the dealership lot Wash, vacuum, wax, and thoroughly clean vehicles Perform interior and exterior auto detailing Shampoo carpets, seats, and floor mats Clean and condition dashboards, door panels, and other interior surfaces Clean windows, wheels, tires, and exterior surfaces Perform basic paint cleaning and polishing Maintain vehicles so they are showroom- and customer-ready Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or concerns Keep the lot, detail area, and equipment clean and organized Assist with vehicle deliveries, pickups, and transfers Follow all dealership safety and vehicle-handling procedures Qualifications Previous professional auto detailing experience preferred Knowledge of automotive cleaning products, tools, and equipment Ability to perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to safely drive automatic and manual-transmission vehicles is a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in making vehicles look their best and understands that quality detailing can make a major difference in the customer experience. Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right dependable candidate.
