We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Mobile Auto Detailer to join our team. No professional detailing experience is required—we're willing to train the right person. Pay:
Competitive hourly pay + good tips Responsibilities Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing Vacuum, scrub, shampoo, and extract vehicle interiors Wash and dry vehicles using professional detailing equipment Clean wheels, tires, windows, carpets, seats, plastics, and other surfaces Perform steam cleaning, stain removal, paint decontamination, and other services as trained Safely operate pressure washers, vacuums, steamers, extractors, and other equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally and courteously with customers Arrive on time and provide excellent customer service Follow company procedures and quality standards Take before/after photos when requested Recommend and upsell additional services when appropriate Properly care for company equipment and supplies Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Good work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Able to perform physical work for extended periods Professional appearance and communication Able to work independently and as part of a team Detailing experience preferred, but NOT required Full availability is preferred What We Offer Good tips Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Training provided Learn professional automotive detailing Opportunity for advancement Potential for increased pay and responsibilities based on performance Opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing local business Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, motivated, and takes pride in their work.
