Next Level Detailing Job Summary Next Level Detailing is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Auto Detailer to join our growing team. We take pride in delivering exceptional vehicle care and outstanding customer service. As an Auto Detailer, you will be responsible for restoring and maintaining the appearance of customer vehicles through professional interior and exterior detailing services. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality results on every vehicle. Responsibilities Perform complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing to company quality standards. Hand wash, rinse, dry, and inspect all vehicles. Vacuum carpets, seats, floor mats, trunks, and cargo areas. Shampoo carpets, upholstery, and fabric surfaces. Clean, condition, and protect leather seats and interior trim. Clean dashboards, center consoles, vents, cup holders, door panels, headliners, and all interior surfaces. Clean interior and exterior glass, mirrors, and sunroofs to a streak-free finish. Remove stains, spills, pet hair, odors, dust, and debris from vehicle interiors. Clean and dress wheels, tires, wheel wells, fender liners, and exterior trim. Apply tire dressing and trim protectants. Perform clay bar treatments and paint decontamination. Apply waxes, paint sealants, ceramic coatings, and paint protection products. Perform machine polishing, paint enhancement, swirl removal, and paint correction. Restore oxidized headlights and faded exterior trim. Safely clean engine bays using approved methods and products. Remove bugs, tar, tree sap, road grime, iron deposits, and other contaminants. Inspect vehicles before, during, and after detailing to ensure quality workmanship. Identify scratches, paint defects, stains, or damage and report findings to management. Use pressure washers, foam cannons, steam cleaners, extractors, air compressors, polishers, and vacuums safely and correctly. Mix and dilute detailing chemicals according to manufacturer recommendations. Maintain all detailing equipment and report damaged or malfunctioning tools. Keep detailing bays, workstations, and customer areas clean, organized, and professional. Wash and organize microfiber towels, applicators, brushes, and detailing accessories. Restock chemicals, towels, and detailing supplies throughout the day. Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies. Properly dispose of waste materials and empty chemical containers. Drive customer vehicles carefully within company property when necessary. Maintain accurate records of completed services and vehicle inspections. Take before-and-after photos of vehicles when required. Assist customers by answering basic questions about detailing services and maintenance recommendations. Recommend additional detailing services when appropriate. Ensure every vehicle meets company quality standards before customer pickup. Assist with opening and closing shop procedures. Help train new team members on detailing techniques and company procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service. Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Complete assigned vehicles within scheduled timeframes. Assist with special projects and additional shop duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license Reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
