Automotive Detail Technician Location:

Macomb, IL Join Our Growing Team! All American Detailing is expanding, and we're looking for 1-2 Automotive Detail Technicians to join our team. We've opened a beautiful, newly renovated facility with professional-grade equipment and are building a reputation for delivering exceptional results and outstanding customer service. Whether you have years of detailing experience or you're eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Responsibilities Complete interior and exterior vehicle details Wash, clay bar, polish, and wax vehicles Perform paint decontamination and paint correction (training available) Apply ceramic coatings (training available) Shampoo carpets and upholstery Clean leather, vinyl, glass, wheels, and engine bays Maintain a clean and organized work area Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our quality standards Provide excellent customer service and treat every vehicle with care What We're Looking For Positive attitude and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Ability to stand, bend, and work in varying positions Experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid, hands-on training Modern, well-equipped facility Friendly, family-owned work environment Opportunity for advancement as our company continues to grow If you're someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys making vehicles look their absolute best, we'd love to meet you.
