This position is crucial to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. The role involves routine cleaning duties with occasional exposure to messy and odor-intensive areas. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working independently and committed to high cleanliness standards. M-F 6:30am-3pm

Responsibilities:

• Heavy lifting, pushing, dumping,etc (PHYSICAL)
• Collect and properly dispose of all trash throughout the facility.
• Clean and sanitize both small and large trash bins; this task may involve handling strong odors, sauce spills, and standing water.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of floors in all areas.
• Perform general sanitation of common areas including restrooms, breakrooms, and hallways.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE while performing duties.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as scheduled or needed.

PM Skills:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility (exposure to water, sauce on floor, and strong odors)

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in environments that may be wet, messy, and strong-smelling.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
