What we offer: Hourly pay PLUS tip share Flexible schedules Car Wash Discounts 401k Plan Ongoing training and development so you can make it a career FUN working environment What you would do: Prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel ensuring hard to clean areas are given special attention Comply with all Fitzy's Car Wash Safety policies and procedures Perform general site cleaning and maintenance Deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling vehicles with extreme care High level attention to detail What we are looking for: 2-5 plus years of hospitality, retail or sales experience Technical ability to understand system operations Outstanding Customer Service skills Professional attitude and appearance A strong attention to detail and pride in a delivering a quality service Ability to work long hours on your feet in fast paced environment Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions Experience in the car wash industry is not necessary, but always welcome!
