What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality. In good physical shape and able to work in varying weather conditions A quick learner who takes direction well and is eager to improve. Friendly, respectful, and committed to great customer service. Capable of working independently once trained. Experience in auto detailing isn't required—we'll teach you everything you need to know. But you must have at least 1 year of driving experience and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Key Responsibilities Assist in completing residential and commercial vehicle details alongside the owner/operator of Otter Wash. Eventually perform solo mobile detailing jobs using a company vehicle. Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to our high standards. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify damage, or areas needing extra attention. Ensure every customer is satisfied by delivering friendly, professional service. Keep detailing equipment clean, organized, and in good working order. Safely drive customer and company vehicles as needed during the detailing process. What You'll Need to Succeed Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality results. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in varying weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing tasks. Previous experience in home services or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make customers happy. Why Work with Otter Wash? $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
