Pay is negotiable based on experience We offer a 4 day work week (Mon-Thurs 10 hr shifts) Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning to meet high-quality standards Operate car wash equipment safely and effectively as part of the vehicle preparation process Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to uphold a safe and organized workspace Assist with vehicle inspections post-repair to ensure all detailing meets quality expectations Support other team members with custodial tasks or additional vehicle care duties as needed Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude towards clients and team members Experience in car wash, detailing work is highly desirable Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively Basic driving skills with a valid driver's license for moving vehicles within the shop or lot Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in vehicle finishing processes Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow step-by-step procedures for vehicle care tasks Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms damaged vehicles into works of art!
