Job Overview This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the property. This position consists of multiple scheduled visits throughout the week, with most visits lasting approximately 1 to 1.5 hours during the afternoon. One morning scheduled visit is required on Saturday and Sunday . Occasional weekend shifts of 4-6 hours may be required based on operational needs. Responsibilities Empty all exterior trash receptacles and replace liners as needed. Clean self wash bays Blow off and sweep the parking lot, sidewalks, and vacuum areas. Pick up litter and debris throughout the property. Inspect equipment for water leaks, damaged equipment, or other maintenance concerns. Perform minor adjustments or repairs when appropriate and report any issues requiring additional attention. Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and presentable for customers at all times. Monitor the exterior appearance of the facility and promptly notify management of any maintenance needs. Perform other light property maintenance duties as assigned. Schedule Multiple scheduled visits each week.

Typical weekday visit:

1-1.5 hours during the afternoon. One scheduled morning visit each Saturday and Sunday . Occasional weekend shifts of 4-6 hours may be required based on operational needs. Qualifications Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds . Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional property.
