Job Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Car Wash Attendants. As a key member of our team, you will help ensure our car wash operations run smoothly, deliver exceptional service, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers. Whether leading a team or providing hands-on car wash services, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make a real difference every day. Responsibilities Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient car wash operations Oversee daily car wash activities, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and safely Assist customers with their vehicle needs, answering questions and providing professional guidance Perform thorough cleaning, detailing, buffing, and window tinting on vehicles to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness of the facility through janitorial and custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Operate vehicle driving equipment safely when necessary for vehicle movement or positioning Ensure compliance with safety protocols and uphold a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Experience with car wash techniques, detailing, buffing, and window tinting preferred Knowledge of cleaning procedures and janitorial or custodial work Ability to operate basic driving equipment safely when required Previous experience in custodial work or janitorial roles is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team or assist customers Attention to detail to ensure high-quality vehicle care and facility cleanliness Join us in creating an energetic environment where teamwork, quality service, and customer satisfaction drive success!
