Technicians perform services both at customer locations and in-shop (as applicable), while upholding the company's standards of professionalism and service excellence. Full-time is preferred, though part-time candidates may be considered. Core Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled workdays
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
• Perform interior and exterior detailing services on customer vehicles
• Handle a variety of vehicle conditions, including heavily soiled or restoration-level details
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in an organized manner
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and service quality Growth & Development At our detailing company, we prioritize long-term growth and development. $15.00 per hour

• Full-Time (After Initial Training Period): $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
• Guaranteed 40-hour work week + performance bonuses
