Full-Time Pay:

$15•18 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Join Our Team! Frisco CDJR is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Automotive Support Associate to support daily dealership operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an active automotive environment and is comfortable performing a variety of tasks to keep the dealership, vehicles, and lot organized and ready for customers. Responsibilities Maintain and keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and free of debris Move and transport vehicles throughout the dealership property and between designated locations Park and arrange vehicles according to dealership standards Assist with vehicle deliveries, transfers, and transportation as needed Help maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle inventory Perform basic vehicle cleaning and preparation Assist with fueling, charging, and checking vehicles when needed Help move vehicles between Sales, Service, Parts, Detail, and other dealership areas Pick up and deliver vehicles, parts, or other dealership items as assigned Assist customers and dealership staff when needed Report vehicle damage, safety concerns, or lot issues to management Maintain a safe and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous automotive, dealership, lot, porter, or maintenance experience preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Ability to safely operate and move vehicles Ability to drive automatic and manual-transmission vehicles preferred Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment What We Offer $15•18 per hour Full-time employment Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Accident Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off Opportunities for training and career advancement Professional and supportive working environment Grow Your Career with Greenway Automotive Group Greenway Automotive Group is a privately held automotive organization with 34 dealerships across Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.
