About the Role As an Automotive Detailer, you will play an important role in ensuring every vehicle leaves the dealership looking its absolute best. From new and pre-owned inventory to customer vehicles, you'll take pride in delivering exceptional attention to detail while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Responsibilities Wash, wax, polish, and detail customer and dealership vehicles Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors to dealership standards Clean windows, wheels, tires, engine compartments, and exterior trim Inspect completed vehicles to ensure quality and attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized detailing area Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership Assist with vehicle deliveries and lot presentation as needed Follow all dealership safety procedures and quality standards Compensation $14.00 - $22.00+ per hour based on experience and performance Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off Paid Training Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts, and Service Career Advancement Opportunities Supportive Team Environment Why Join Steven Honda? Qualifications Previous automotive detailing experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
