The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This role involves working closely with our service team to prepare vehicles for customer pickup, ensuring a pristine appearance both inside and out. Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred, along with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and buffing Apply window tinting and other cosmetic enhancements as needed Ensure all surfaces are spotless, including interiors and exteriors Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards Assist with janitorial duties around the facility as required Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction Drive vehicles as necessary within the dealership or service area for inspection or movement purposes Qualifications Previous experience in car wash, detailing, custodial, or janitorial work is preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and cosmetic procedures such as buffing or window tinting is a plus
