Ensure all kitchenware is spotless and ready for use in food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies when needed. Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing support and ensuring all eventware is cleaned promptly. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards in compliance with sanitation regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with food service operations including bussing, food handling, and basic kitchen tasks is advantageous. Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus, demonstrating ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards within a commercial kitchen setting is beneficial.
