Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by regularly sanitizing workstations, sinks, and storage areas in compliance with food safety standards. Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and efficiently during service hours. Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwashers, sinks, and other small appliances. Follow all food safety management protocols to ensure proper handling and sanitation of food items. Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies or large containers to support kitchen operations. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards is highly desirable. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including lifting heavy items regularly. Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are advantageous. Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen setting.
