• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment.

The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. This position is for varying shifts mostly during evening hours, 4:30pm-close. You will be preparing dishes to order working along with our our line cooks for dinner service, and cleaning dishes and kitchenware as required. This is our entry level position in the kitchen as you learn our dishes, plating and kitchen processes. We are looking for candidates that have some prior experience cooking.

• Responsibilities:

• Prepare food to order working with our other line cook staff
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Support servers and kitchen staff with various tasks as required

• Skills:

• Customer service-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus
• Familiarity with kitchen procedures and equipment
• Willingness to help out wherever needed in a dynamic environment
• Basic understanding of food service operations
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
