Part-Time / Full-Time Pellegrino's Italian Kitchen is a new, family-owned Italian restaurant opening soon in Glendora, and we're looking for dependable team members to help keep our kitchen prepped, clean, and ready for service. This position will include a combination of food prep, dishwashing, cleaning, and general kitchen support. It's a great entry-level restaurant position for someone dependable who is willing to learn. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish and kitchen areas clean and organized Complete basic food preparation according to recipes and instructions Portion and label prepared foods Restock kitchen stations and supplies Follow proper food storage and rotation procedures Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries Complete routine cleaning and sanitation tasks Assist cooks and other team members as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Hardworking and willing to stay busy Able to follow instructions and established procedures Comfortable working on your feet in a restaurant environment Willing to clean and help wherever needed Able to work well as part of a small team Previous restaurant experience is not required. We are happy to train someone who is dependable and willing to learn.
