This is a hands-on position that supports both daily food preparation and dishwashing while helping keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service. Responsibilities Assist with daily food prep, including basic knife work, portioning, sauces, and other prep as assigned Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain a clean and organized dish and prep area Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Assist with receiving, organizing, and putting away deliveries Keep floors, work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas clean Help the kitchen team with additional tasks during prep and service Complete opening and closing cleaning duties as assigned What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Able to stay organized and maintain a clean workspace Willing to learn and take direction Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to approximately 50 lbs.
