Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Dishwasher / Food Prep Support (Afternoon/Overnight Shift) Tu Cha — Small Pastry Kitchen Tu Cha is a small, fast-moving pastry kitchen looking for a reliable Dishwasher with light food prep support. Our sink area is compact, and because we're a small company, flexibility and willingness to help across departments is essential. This role is primarily dishwashing, with occasional assistance to the pastry team when needed.

Shift Available:

Afternoon shift Overnight shift Full-time, Part-time, and Stand-By / On-Call roles encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organized sink area Keeping workstations and shared spaces clean and food-safe Assisting pastry team with basic food prep when needed (simple tasks only) Supporting a small team environment where hands may shift as needed

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, punctual, and efficient Comfortable working in a small kitchen and tight sink space Willing to jump in and help beyond a single role Calm, positive attitude under pressure Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required
