Kitchen Porter - Filipino Upscale Casual Dining Job Description As a Kitchen Porter, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, ensuring that the workspace remains clean, organized, and fully stocked to support the kitchen's operations. Your role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, helping the kitchen run smoothly while our chefs create exceptional Filipino dishes. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and prepping ingredients under the guidance of the chefs.
• Ensure that all kitchen tools, appliances, and work areas are sanitized and ready for use.
• Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in a timely and hygienic manner.
• Assist with the unloading and storage of food deliveries, ensuring proper storage conditions for all ingredients.
