Position Summary:

As a Dishwasher / Busser / Food Runner, you play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and smoothly operating restaurant environment. You ensure dishes and work areas are sanitized, the dining room and patios are orderly and guest-ready, and assist in delivering food promptly and accurately to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and dish stations to maintain safe and efficient kitchen operations. Keep the dish area, garbage, and bus stations clean, organized, and free of debris throughout the shift. Proactively bus and reset tables in the dining room and patios, ensuring all surfaces, chairs, and high-touch areas are properly sanitized between guest visits. Remove trash and recyclables in a timely and safe manner. Assist with food running by delivering orders to tables quickly and accurately, explaining dishes if needed, and ensuring guests have everything they need. Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth service flow. Support the team in maintaining overall cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including restrooms and entryways. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations.
