About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and dependable team members to join our restaurant family as Front of House Crew Members / Dishwashers . Our Front of House team members are cross-trained in multiple areas of the restaurant, including dishwasher, busser, cashier, meat cutter, and side server. Team members should be willing to jump in wherever they are needed, especially during busy periods. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, you may work as: Dishwasher Busser Cashier Meat Cutter Side Server General Front of House Support We believe in teamwork, and everyone is expected to help wherever needed. Qualifications & Requirements Previous restaurant or food-service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Previous hospitality, hotel, banquet, or customer-service experience is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be comfortable performing cleaning and physical tasks Must have a Riverside County Food Handler's Card Must have an ABC Alcohol Serving License Must be willing to work as part of a team and assist in multiple areas of the restaurant Our Ideal Team Member We are looking for someone who believes that cleanliness, kindness, hard work, and great customer service matter.
