Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans following food safety sanitizing procedures Clear tables promptly and efficiently, resetting them for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup Support the kitchen team by transporting supplies, assisting with heavy lifting, and operating kitchen equipment safely Maintain high standards of sanitation by cleaning workstations, floors, and kitchen surfaces regularly in accordance with kitchen health and safety standards Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality during all stages of service Support catering or banquet events by managing dishware and assisting with setup or cleanup as required Skills Experience in food service environments with knowledge of food safety management and sanitation practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely Familiarity with operating basic kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, or prep tools Strong understanding of kitchen health and safety standards to prevent accidents or contamination Excellent cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards Basic knife skills for food preparation support when needed Previous restaurant or catering experience is a plus; familiarity with bussing and food handling procedures enhances performance Join us to be part of a fast-paced environment where your proactive attitude makes a real difference!
