Prep Cook/Dishwasher Chef Paul Barron is seeking a dependable and hardworking professional to join our growing Culinary Team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, good at multi-tasking, and is eager to learn and grow within a creative culinary setting. Position As our Prep Cook / Dishwasher, your main goal will be to support the Chef and Chef de Cuisine with food preparation and overall kitchen operations, ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. This includes washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and equipment, as well as assisting with basic food prep and event packing as needed. ​This is a full-time position, typically Wednesday through Saturday (and occasional additional days). Evening, and holiday availability is required, and flexibility is a MUST , as we work at various locations for catered and private events. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable, and brings a positive attitude to the kitchen. We are a close knit team that takes a group oriented approach rather than operating in strictly individual roles. Everyone supports one another to ensure a seamless event experience. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Assist the Chef and Chef de Cuisine with food preparation Support packing and setup for catered events Assisting our Culinary Team in the kitchen at events Follow food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability Team-oriented and willing to assist whenever needed Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Ability to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods of time

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
