Responsibilities (include, but not limited to): Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter Follows sanitation and cleaning procedures including maintaining a clean, dry floor as well as making sure full trashcans and boxes are removed properly Ensure equipment is working properly and any issues are reported to management immediately

Job Expectations:

Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork and equipment. May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals May inhale smoke from a wood burning cooker Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team.

Salary:
